Laboratory Testing & Specimen Collection
JaRoTi Wellness provides convenient laboratory specimen collection services, including blood draws and other ordered specimen collections. Depending on the test, specimens may be sent to an outside laboratory, such as Quest Diagnostics, for processing and analysis. Laboratory testing may require an order from a healthcare provider. Availability and insurance coverage may vary by test.
Mobile specimen collection is also available for eligible patients and organizations, providing convenient collection services at the patient’s home or other designated location.
Preparing for Your Collection Visit
Contact our office to confirm that the requested collection is available and ask what paperwork or preparation is needed. Bring your laboratory order, if required, and any forms supplied by your healthcare provider, employer, or school.
Testing for Work or School Requirements
If you need occupational testing, TB testing, or specimen collection for an immunity titer or other ordered test, let our team know the specific requirement before scheduling. Your employer, school, or ordering provider may require particular forms or testing arrangements.
Results and Follow-Up
Result timing depends on the test and processing laboratory. Our office can explain the next steps for your collection visit and how to follow up with the ordering provider.
